When will my order arrive?
Every effort is made to despatch orders on the day we receive them however at peak periods this may be extended. By choosing the Express service, your order will be given priority dispatch. Please see our Delivery chart for Delivery Timescales. We work closely with our couriers to ensure you receive your parcel as soon as possible, on the odd occasion your parcel may be delayed however our couriers will notify you. We are unable to compensate you or refund postal charges if your order is delayed due to reasons out of our control.
UK orders are sent with Royal Mail or UK Mail. These are tracked services that require a signature on delivery. Our couriers will text/email you tracking information with a 1 hour delivery time slot.
Deliveries & missing orders
You will be sent your order tracking information when we dispatch your order. Please track your parcel and notify us within 7 days if you have not received your order. We are unable to re-imburse any orders whereby you have not notified us within 7 days of the order being dispatched.
Please note we send all items requiring a signature on delivery. If you request the delivery to be left in a safe place then we are not liable for any orders that are not received. We advise you are in to receive your order and sign for the parcel.
Orders over £150 will require you to provide the delivery driver with the pin number you are sent with your DHL tracking to receive your parcel.
Delivery packaging
All our items are sent in either courier mailing bags or cardboard boxes. Generally these do not give an indication of what you have ordered however on the odd occasion the packaging may indicate what is in the parcel. We always seal our parcels with tape displaying our logo. If you would like the packaging to be discreet with no logos or indication who it is from then please advise us when you place your order – either email us with your order number or add it to the notes box at checkout. Weekends & Bank Holidays
Our store is open to process orders 7 days a week, however, weekend days and bank holidays are not classed as a working day. Our couriers only collect our parcels on working days (Monday to Friday). Deliveries are only attempted on working days unless you select a Saturday delivery option.
Click & Collect Orders
Orders placed for click and collect need to be collected within 3 days. Orders not collected will be returned to stock and your order refunded less a 5% restocking charge.
Stock Levels
All items listed on our site, we hold in stock so there is no wait for us to get stock from our suppliers to fulfil your order. Our website automatically updates our stock levels however if we are out of stock of an item we will notify you as soon as possible by phone or email.
Ireland & Europe Shipping – At the moment we are only able to ship to UK. We hope to resume our European shipping service soon.
Christmas Delivery 2025
Orders placed by midday Monday 22nd December will be sent for delivery in time for christmas.
Orders placed after midday 22nd December & 23rd December will be despatched however we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.
Orders placed midday 23rd December onwards will be dIspatched after Christmas.
