Ingatestone Saddlery Centre Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase however if you need to return your item then please return within 14 days of receipt of goods. Items returned for refund or exchange must be unused, in the original packaging with the original labels attached.

How to return your order for a refund 

Step 1, Pack your parcel making sure to include your name, address, contact number and order number in with the item(s) you are returning

Step 2, Return your parcel to us. We do not cover the cost of your return. Returns can be  booked online and dropped off at your local post office or myhermes drop off point.

Step 3, Please obtain proof of posting for your return as we can accept no liability for returns lost in transit. We recommend you get a proof of posting and take out the adequate insurance to cover your parcel.

Step 4, As soon as we receive your item(s), provided they are in their original packaging with labels attached and unused we will process your refund within 3-5 working days. Please protect the original packaging so we can re-sell these items, do not stick tape or labels on the products packaging.

Please follow the above steps to return your order to us and simply place a new order on our website.

Returning an incorrect/faulty item

Returning to Store

We can accept returns in-store, please return your items to our customer service desk. If you require a refund then we will process through the internet site so please allow 3-5 working days.

Exchanges can be completed in store if you paid for your order by card. 

Orders purchased using Klarna 3 instalments Payment will be processed for retund online and you would need to place a new order for the item you require. 

EXCLUDED ITEMS FOR RETURNS: Please note we cannot return hats, body protectors, horse feed supplements, underwear or any item that has been personalised such as headcollars with an engraved plate.

We regret that we are unable to accept any returns unless they are clean & dry (Health & Safety at Work Act 1974).
