Small Lozenge Loose Ring Snaffle

Loose ring snaffle with small lozenge in the centre of the mouthpiece. An ideal bit to encourage the horse to accept the bit and work in to a contact yet reduces the horse being able to ‘grab hold’ of the bit. The lozenge provides a soft pressure across the tongue. The loose ring prevents a fixed contact and encourages relaxation in the horses jaw and mouth. Similar in design to a french link bit, the lozenge offers a more rounded edge piece. The joint either side of the lozenge prevents the bit having contact with the roof of the mouth.
