Returns Policy

Ingatestone Saddlery Centre Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase however if you need to return your item then please return within 14 days of receipt of goods. Items returned for refund or exchange must be unused, in the original packaging with the original labels attached.

How to return your order

If you would like to return an item that has been purchased from us in the last 14 days, please fully complete the returns form that you received in your parcel. Failure to fill in all parts can delay your return. 

Returning for a Refund

Please obtain proof of posting for your return & ensure the parcel is clearly addressed to: Returns Department, Ingatestone Saddlery Centre, Main Road, Margaretting, Ingatestone, Essex, CM4 0ES.

Your are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We can accept no liability for returns lost in transit so we recommend you get a proof of posting and take out the adequate insurance to cover your parcel should it be lost by your chosen courier. Whilst we cannot advise the best way to return your parcel we are often asked who you can use. For smaller items we have found the Royal Mail to be reasonable, for larger items take a look at Parcels 2 Go.

As soon as we receive your item(s), provided they are in their original packaging with labels attached and unused we will process your refund within 3-5 working days. Please protect the original packaging so we can re-sell these items, do not stick tape or labels on the products packaging.

Returning for an Exchange

If you would like to exchange your parcel for an alternative size then please fill in the returns form and clearly state you wish to exchange. 

Your are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We can accept no liability for returns lost in transit so we recommend you get a proof of posting and take out the adequate insurance to cover your parcel should it be lost by your chosen courier. Once we receive your items we can send out your exchange. The cost for us to send your exchange is £4.95 for items under £75 or free for items over £75. This is for UK Mainland, please contact us for prices for non UK Mainland locations.

Returning an incorrect/faulty item

Returning to Store

We can accept returns in-store, please return your items to our customer service desk with the returns form filled in. If you require a refund then we will process through the internet site so please allow 3-5 working days. Exchanges can be completed in store.

Christmas Returns Policy

Items purchased from our website as christmas presents from 1st November 2019 can be returned up to the 14th January 2020 as part of our extended christmas returns policy. Items returned for refund or exchange must be unused, in the original packaging with the original labels attached - please mark out the price if you wish to hide this from the recipient.

EXCLUDED ITEMS FOR RETURNS: Please note we cannot return hats, body protectors, horse feed supplemets, underwear or any item that has been personalised such as headcollars with an engraved plate. 

We regret that we are unable to accept any returns unless they are clean & dry (Health & Safety at Work Act 1974).
