Fully Trained Staff   All our staff at Ingatestone Saddlery have their own qualities and experience which is why, as a store we can offer you advice on a huge range of products as there is always someone on hand who is not only trained in what the product does and how to use it, they also have often used the products themselves. Whilst we do not sell wormers online, we always have an AMTRA SQP (Animal Medicines Training Regulatory Authority Suitably Qualified Person) in-store which allows us to sell wormers 7 days a week.

Safety Wear Fitting   We work very closely with BETA and safety wear manufacturers to keep up to date on the safety wear standards. All of our hat and body protector fitters have to complete intensive training to make sure they meet the required standard. We regularly review our safety wear staff to ensure they can offer the high standard fitting service required. We also offer a free check service of your current hat or body protector. Often we can make slight adjustments as your child grows or your hat padding beds in meaning you do not need to purchase a new one. Our staff are not driven by sales – we will happily look at your item of safety wear and go through the checks with you to ensure it fits correctly and can do what it is meant to do.
