Do you have a store where I can view your products?  Yes we do, ISC is one of the largest shops in the country with all products on display. We also have a huge warehouse on site which replenishes stock in the store daily so whilst we cannot guarantee we will have the product you require in the right size and colour – there is a high chance we will!

A product is showing as out of stock, will you be getting more in stock? We place weekly orders with our suppliers however sometimes items are out of stock with them. Please contact us and we can find our when we will be getting the item back in stock. If we are due more stock in we can reserve an item and contact you. You would not be required to pay for the item until it is in stock and you decide you still want it. Some seasonal ranges cannot be re-ordered such as seasonal clothing and rug ranges. Where is my order? If your order is showing as despatched and you still haven’t received it then please let us know so we can investigate this asap. We can let you have the tracking details to allow you to track your order online or we can do this for you. 

I have seen an item in your store but it is not listed on your website, can you mailorder this to me? Yes we can, unfortunately due to the high volume of  products in our store there can be a delay putting them on our website. We can take orders by phone or we can add items to an online order.

Can I order by telephone? We can take mailorders by phone if you would prefer. If it is a case that you would rather give your card details by phone rather than online then email us the items you require to info@ingatestonesaddlery.co.uk with your contact number and we can phone you to take payment.

Can I use my gift vouchers online? At the moment we cannot take gift vouchers online however please bear with us as this is something we are working on.
