Christmas Returns

We have extended our christmas returns date to the end of February 2021. Please note if you purchased a riding hat as a christmas present and we marked your receipt that you can return this to check the size, you have until 14th January.

Stock Levels

With the exception of horse feed & bedding, many of our orders coming in from suppliers are taking a bit longer. We are running low of stock of some items and are due more in late January/early february. Our new ranges will start arriving from mid february.

Gift Cards

Got a gift card for christmas? We know you cannot wait to come to the store and see what you can buy however we advise you hold on to it for a bit longer and wait for our stock levels to be replenished after the christmas rush. We hope that we will be able to open the store back up for browsing then also. If you have your eye on that special pair of riding boots and know your size then feel free to call us or check our stock on our website and we can arrange a phone click and collect service so you can use your giftcard.

My daughter’s body protector ceased to fit over the Christmas holiday. Can we come in to have her fitted for a new one?

Yes we are still offering safety wear fittings. From the advice we have been given for the safety of our staff and our customers, we are asking customers to only use this service during lockdown if you you need the safety item to stay safe either working with horses or handling/riding your own horse/pony.

We are accepting returns however we have extended our returns policy to the end of March so if you would prefer to not travel to us then you can wait and return it when lockdown has finished.
