Customer Services Assistant

We are looking for a full-time customer service assistant to work on our busy customer service desk. This is a varied role in which you will help our customers with returns and queries as well as manage customer orders online and in-store. A good equestrian knowledge is essential for this role. We are looking for someone with a happy can do attitude who enjoys working with customers, capable of working on your own initiative as well as part of a small team. 

This is a full-time role requiring you to work alternate weekends with one set day off during the week. We offer a good salary with employee discount shceme and free onsite parking.
