DELIVERY:
All items will need to be signed for on delivery. We are unable to leave items without a signature. We can send parcels to your home address or an alternative address. Please note our couriers are unable to make timed deliveries.
We aim to despatch orders received by 12 noon for next day delivery. Orders received on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. We will notify you if any ordered items are out of stock.
The delivery charge is £6.00 for Standard UK mainland (please allow 2-3 days for delivery) Every effort will be made to dispatch your order on the day of ordering, however at peak periods this delivery time may be extended.
The postage charge to the Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland will be £12.00. Postage to Southern Ireland will be £18.00. You can either place the order online and we will contact you to take your card details to process the further postage charge payment or phone us on 01277 353723 to place your order.

Delivery charges to Europe are as follows (please note these are for parcels weighing no more than 25kgs)
France £18.00, Germany £18.00, Netherlands £18.00, Spain £30.00. For all other countries please contact us for the delivery charges.
PRICES
Every care has been taken to ensure accuracy of details however we reserve the right to change prices or discontinue stock lines. This will be notified at the time of ordering.
All prices on this website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5% where applicable.
RETURNS
No refund will be given on items returned after 14 days. Items returned for refund or exchange must be unused, in the original packaging with the original labels attached. Please obtain proof of posting for your return & ensure the parcel is clearly addressed to: Returns Department, Ingatestone Saddlery Centre, Main Road, Margaretting, Ingatestone, Essex, CM4 0ES. We can accept no liability for returns lost in transit.
Please note we are unable to refund postage charges.
