Our open weekend was a huge success. Everyone who came had a brilliant time and in total it looks like we have raised over £2000 for charity. The Parelli demo offered a prize draw to win tickets to their NEC Show and the winner was Lorraine Frankham from Sittingbourne, Kent so well done Lorraine. We would like to thank all our suppliers who gave up their weekend to be in store offering advise and at some points parking cars!! Also the Essex Mounted Police who kindly brought their horses for both days. A big Thank You to Westgate EFI who arranged for Mark Todd to visit us on Saturday 31st May - a very popular man!!! All our staff who worked extremely hard to make the weekend very enjoyable and all our customers who supported us and kindly thanked us for a lovely weekend. ISC WINS LARGE RETAILER OF THE YEAR AT THE BETA BUSINESS AWARDS 2008 Thank you to all our customers who took the time to vote for us. All votes were counted and a list of finalists decided upon, then a mystery shopper was sent to all finalist stores. At the awards ceremony which was held at the BETA (British Equestrian Trade Association) trade fair, we were announced as the winner. The mystery shopper commented on the design and layout of the store, the helpful and well presented staff and the wide range of products available. Thank you once again to all our customers from the team at ISC.
WORMER SALES - three new qualified members of staff Due to a change in legislation, only people who are on the current AMTRA (Animal Medicines Training Regulatory Authority is an independent regulatory body whose task it is to ensure that the marketing and distribution of animal medicines in the UK is undertaken in a responsible manner by AMTRA qualified persons) register can distribute wormers. In order to be on this list it is necessary to have full training and pass a series of exams. At Ingatestone Saddlery Centre we now have three new qualified people, Rachel Earley, Jacqueline Fedi and Carolynn Quilter, as well as three existing qualified people Wendy Hodge, Lynda Mortlock & Tonya Shipman. This ensures we are able to continue to supply our customers with wormers in the store 7 days a week.

September 2007 - Ingatestone Saddlery Centre supports Zoe Cain Ingatestone Saddlery Centre supports dressage rider Zoe Cain in her bid to ride for Great Britain at the London 2012 Paralympics. Directors, Lynda and Barrie Mortlock are supporting Zoe with her riding equipment. We all wish Zoe success in her bid. More information will be posted in store.
