This is the first in a series. The aim of the DVD is to present Dressage in an easy to follow and understandable way. In this programme he concentrates on the riders position and how the rider influences the horse's way of going. The topics covered are the riders position, the seat bones, correcting positional faults, the sitting trot, 'The going on his own' exercise, response to the riders leg, accepting the bit, half halt, riding a circle and riding a corner.
