Delivery Information

CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

PARCELS - Orders placed by midnight Wednesday 17th December will be sent for delivery by christmas. Orders received from 18th December through to the 4th January will be sent Monday 5th January.

Gift Vouchers: up to 27th November - postage for gift vouchers will be £2.00 to be sent 1st class recorded, From 28th November to 18th December postage for gift vouchers will be £3.50 to be sent by courier. Any order placed from 18th December through to the 4th January will be sent Monday 5th January.

DELIVERY:
All items will need to be signed for on delivery. We are unable to leave items without a signature. We can send parcels to your home address or an alternative address. Please note our couriers are unable to make timed deliveries.

We aim to despatch orders received by 12 noon for next day delivery. Orders received on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. We will notify you if any ordered items are out of stock.

The delivery charge is £6.00 for Standard UK mainland (please allow 2-3 days for delivery) Every effort will be made to dispatch your order on the day of ordering, however at peak periods this delivery time may be extended.

The postage charge to the Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland will be £12.00. Postage to Southern Ireland will be £18.00. You can either place the order online and we will contact you to take your card details to process the further postage charge payment or phone us on 01277 353723 to place your order.
